Data we collect
When you submit a form or preorder, we may collect your name, email or LINE contact, phone number, shipping address, product selection, quantity, transfer date and amount, bank code, last five account digits, notes and consent records. We never request a full bank account number, online-banking password or card PIN.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only for enquiries, preorders, payment matching, delivery, returns, support, abuse prevention and legally required transaction records. Submission provides consent for these purposes; records required by law are processed to meet legal obligations.
Encryption, security and retention
Identity, contact, address and payment-matching data is encrypted with AES-GCM; irreversible fingerprints are used for duplicate matching. Sensitive payment-matching data for completed or cancelled orders is normally removed after 90 days, and other unnecessary customer data after 365 days, unless law or dispute handling requires longer retention.
Service providers and international processing
The site and database are hosted through OpenAI Sites and its cloud infrastructure. If Google Forms is connected, Google also processes form data. These providers may process data outside Taiwan. We do not sell customer data or use advertising trackers.
Site analytics
We record anonymous sessions, pages viewed, device type, country code, content interactions and UTM campaign sources to improve the site. The application database does not store full IP addresses or link browsing behaviour to customer identities; analytics records are retained for up to 180 days.
Your rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, supplementation, restriction of processing or deletion of your personal data where applicable. Contact support@maomochibean.com; we may verify your identity before acting on a request.
Returns and seven-day cancellation rights
Distance purchases are generally subject to Taiwan’s statutory seven-day cancellation right after receipt. An exception applies only where a lawful category applies and clear notice is given before purchase. Defective, incorrect or transit-damaged goods remain eligible for assistance. Product pages will state applicable conditions, return steps and costs.
